By using Service, you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to create and post stickers, sticker packs, or other materials (collectively referred to as "Content") to the service and to share content publicly. This means that other users may search for, see, use, or share any of your Content that you make publicly available through the Service, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1) Information you directly provide us
When you interact with our services, we collect information that you provide to us. We also collect information you share with us from third-party social network providers, and technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. For example, some of our services require you to set up a Stickerz account, so we need to collect a few important details about you, such as your name, username, email address, and third-party social media account information. We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as a profile picture.
When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer or that we need to resolve your question.
2) Information you provide us when you use our services
Because Emopix is about creating stickers and sharing them with people, there is some information we collect when you access our Service, which we use to facilitate the broad range of communications offered through our Service, to provide you cool features and functionality, and to enable all the other purposes described in this privacy policy.
3) Information from Third Parties
If you choose to register to use Emopix using your social media account details (e.g. Facebook, Google, Apple), you will provide us or allow your social network to provide us with your name, username, and public profile. We will likewise share certain information with the relevant social network such as your app ID, access token, and the referring URL.
4) Analytics information
We use third-party analytics tool(s) to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We do our utmost to provide you with an amazing set of Services that we improve with the information we collect from you. But we do a lot more as well, such as:

- With other Emopix Users. We may share the following information with other Emopix Users:
- Information you enter, such as your username, profile picture, and any content you post to Emopix;
- Information Emopix Users provide about you when they use our services. For example, if another user allows us to collect information from their device phonebook—and you’re one of that user’s contacts—we may combine the information we collect from that user’s phonebook with other information we have collected about you. We may also obtain information from other companies and combine that with the information we collect through our services.
- We may also share with third parties—such as advertisers—aggregated, non-personally identifiable, or de-identified information.
- Service Providers. We may share information about you with service providers who perform services on our behalf.
- With respect to jointly offered services or functionality or services offered separately by other companies through our Service, we may share information about you with business partners to provide the Services and functionality you request and to communicate with you about those Services.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
At Emopix, we prioritize the privacy of your data and endeavor to retain your information only for the necessary duration required to provide our services. Here's how we handle data retention:
- We store your basic account information, such as your name, username, email address, and any uploaded images or emojis, until you choose to delete your account. If you decide to stop using Emopix, you can request the removal of your account;
- While we have automated systems to carry out deletion practices, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for deletion. There may be circumstances where legal requirements or exceptional cases necessitate the retention of your data for extended periods. These situations may include valid legal requests to preserve content, reports of abuse or when your account or content is flagged by our automated systems for such violations;
- Additionally, we may retain certain information in backup for a limited period or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
CONTROL OVER YOUR INFORMATION
At Emopix, we believe in empowering you to have control over your personal information. To ensure transparency and provide you with a smooth user experience, we offer the following tools and options:
- Access, Correction, and Portability: We make it convenient for you to access and edit most of your basic account information directly within our apps. As a privacy measure, we may request verification of your identity or additional details before allowing access or updates to your personal information. Please note that there may be instances where we decline requests for access or updates, especially if it could compromise the privacy of other users or is in violation of the law;
- Revoking Permissions: In the majority of cases, if you have granted us permission to use your information, you can easily revoke that permission by adjusting the settings within the app or on your device, if available. It's important to consider that revoking certain permissions might limit the full functionality of certain services;
- Deletion: While we hope you'll continue to enjoy Emopix's services, we understand that circumstances may lead you to consider deleting your account. Should you ever wish to do so, you can access the account deletion option through the account menu in the Emopix app settings. Additionally, you have the ability to delete specific information within the app, such as stickers and sticker packs you've created.
WHAT ARE YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS?
Emopix would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request Emopix for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Emopix correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Emopix to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Emopix erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Emopix restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Emopix’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Emopix transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

The Emopix Service may contain links to other websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our Service, so if you click on a link to another website, you should read their privacy policy. Emopix is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We are not intended for—and we don’t direct them to—anyone under 13. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. In addition, we may limit how we collect, use, and store some of the information of EU users between 13 and 16. In some cases, this means we will be unable to provide certain functionality to these users. If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information.
